Terms of Use
Furday is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the subscription terms below.
Subscriptions
Furday is free to use for one pet. Additional pets are covered by an auto-renewing annual subscription:
- Two pets — up to two pets
- Unlimited pets — any number of pets
The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency, and is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for. Changing between the two plans is handled by Apple, which prorates the difference.
What happens when a subscription ends
Nothing you have recorded is deleted, hidden or made read-only. Every pet, guide, contact and reading stays on your device and remains fully usable. The only effect is that you cannot add a further pet until you subscribe again.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and not by us. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Furday is not
Furday records what you enter. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. It deliberately offers no interpretation of any reading. Decisions about an animal's health are for you and a qualified veterinary professional.
Your content
Everything you enter is yours and stays on your device. We never receive it, and we claim no rights over it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
