Privacy Policy

What stays on your device

Your pets and everything attached to them, from names, photos and microchip numbers to guides, contacts and readings, are saved only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and we have no way to see them.

What we collect

Nothing. No analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking. The app makes no network requests in normal use, apart from the address suggestions described below.

Photos and contacts

iOS shows its own picker, outside the app. Furday only ever sees the single item you choose, so it never needs permission to your library or address book.

Address suggestions

When you type an address into a contact, the app asks Apple's map service for matching addresses and shows them as suggestions. Only what you type in that one field is sent, it goes to Apple and not to us, and nothing about it is stored — not the search, and not the suggestions.

The field is an ordinary text field: you can type any address you like, and it works exactly the same with no internet connection, just without the suggestions. The app does not ask for your location and never uses it.

Notifications

Asked once, the first time you attach a date. Declining changes nothing else. Notifications are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or receive personal information from Apple. See Apple's privacy policy.

Sharing

Anything leaves the app only when you press share, through the iOS share sheet, to the person you choose. It never passes through us.

Children

Furday is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and everything it stored goes with it. Nothing is held anywhere else, so there's no deletion request to make.
